Terms, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. For GCash orders, the order is confirmed once we verify your payment. For cash orders, the order is confirmed once we approve it — you will see this reflected in your order status.
Cancellations
You may ask us to cancel an order before it enters preparation by contacting us with your order number. Orders already being prepared may not be cancellable. GCash orders left unpaid for 30 minutes expire automatically and are cancelled.
Returns
Because our products are perishable baked goods, we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered, except where the item was incorrect or not as described.
Refunds
If we cancel a paid order, or approve a return, we will contact you to arrange a refund. GCash refunds are processed manually to your GCash account and confirmed with a reference number. Refunds are never marked as completed until actually sent.
Price or schedule changes
If a price needs to increase after you've placed your order (for example a delivery quote), we will ask you to approve the new total before continuing.
